Kym brings nearly 20 years providing a range of applied research consulting services throughout the state and the nation to nonprofits, government agencies, and foundations. She excels at facilitating and leading cross-sector projects that emphasize community capacity, and is highly skilled in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods. As Chief Operating Officer of Raimi + Associates, Kym is building R+A’s evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning practice while providing management oversight across the firm. She also brings expertise developing a culturally based consulting practice that emphasizes the ongoing reflection and study of research practices with diverse populations.
