Raimi + Associates worked with the City of Marina to develop Objective Design Standards for single-family, multiple-family, and mixed-use developments. R+A's work included providing technical memos, community engagement, project fact sheet, framework plan, site tests, general plan amendments and a comprehensive set of objective design standards.
